Operation Lampoon. Intel guys are following a lead on a man, he is a druglord in the area. He sells to the Hamas, but he followed us to the new map. He sells to some pvt's (gm characters). They die. Medics try to figure out what killed them, and if they figure it out, they learn of the drug lords operations, and the next part insues  How would you go about setting it up? I would make an advanced dupe of a caravan, place some civies in the city, and create a GM character for the army pvts. I would place a npc who looks like a drug lord, and walk to it with my gm character.
